All of our silver is sterling silver which is 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. In some designs, the 7.5% can be an alloy of metals that are resistant to tarnish

Generally no, however, we do listen to ideas you may want us to incorporate into our designs.

Orders are shipped as they are received Monday thru Friday

We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays in the USPS system nor can we be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If any of these are an issue, it is best to select Priority Mail as you will have some insurance.

We use USPS, regular mail and priority mail. Priority Mail includes $50 insurance
